:1)I feel that when you dress up a car with what seems to be the "F & F" checklist you default it in such a way that the car looses the design details that made it different/cool to begin with. when I look at the cars parked next to yours, the Z seems to blend in so much that to a casual observer, all those cars would be the same.
:I associate this with the "import show model syndrome". This is something I made up, but when you look at these models with the same amount of make up, fake breasts and "show clothes" they start to loose their physical differences.

How can you modify your Z without import show model syndrome? Is it a certain list of brand parts you're not allowed to use? I would rather mod the hell out of a Z because its personalizing my Z and making that Z unique and mine only. It's unique style is a reflection of me and seperates me from the masses as an individual. Keeping close to the stock look just makes your Z look less unique and look more like any other Z, not very special, and just gives off non creativity/individuality. Staying close to stock is more like just owning a car, instead of making a great hobby out of it.
